John is passionate about partnering with leaders, teams and organizations to drive meaningful change and business value. He believes that effective leadership is the foundation for organizational success.
As an executive and leadership coach, consultant, mentor, and advisor, John works closely with leaders to chart a course for achieving their goals. He aligns them with the organization's vision and mission, guiding them through the execution of strategies, tactics, and actions that lead to tangible results. Clients value his sharp intuition, extensive leadership experience, Quality and continuous improvement expertise and strong focus on actionable outcomes. Leadership development is central to both his personal and professional journey.
With over 30 years of experience, John has a proven track record as an inclusive hands-on leader and manager across diverse organizational settings, from the shop floor to the boardroom. His background spans startups, mid-sized firms, and large corporations in the manufacturing sector, including notable companies like United Technologies, Black & Decker, and Raytheon. He has effectively led organizational change in both for-profit and nonprofit contexts, consistently acting as a change agent who adapts to challenges, inspires, and drives lasting value.
John holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (ICF accredited) from William James College. He also earned a Master of Science in General Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Manufacturing from Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, he is a member of The Institute of Coaching (IOC) and possesses multiple professional certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Manufacturing.
