His background spans startups, mid-sized firms, and large corporations in the manufacturing sector, including notable companies like United Technologies, Black & Decker, and Raytheon. He has effectively led organizational change in both for-profit and nonprofit contexts, consistently acting as a change agent who adapts to challenges, inspires, and drives lasting value.

John holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (ICF accredited) from William James College. He also earned a Master of Science in General Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Manufacturing from Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, he is a member of The Institute of Coaching (IOC) and possesses multiple professional certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Manufacturing.
